Invoice
The tax document does not have to travel with the goods. We send invoices electronically – this is better for the environment and the document will not end up crumpled in a box. You will find it in the order e-mail and in your order history.

The prices below are final including VAT and apply to delivery within Slovakia. Orders over €5,000.00 ship free of charge.

Receiving the shipment
On delivery, please check that the packaging is intact. At the carrier only the packaging can be checked on the spot – if you discover damage to the goods at home, contact us ideally within 24 hours of receipt.
Returning goods
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Simply fill in the form, we will confirm receipt and advise where to send the goods.
Personal pickup
You can collect your goods at our premises – Morovno 5, 972 31 Ráztočno, on working days 7:00 – 16:00. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the order.
